The Project Consultant is a motivated and results-driven professional with exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. This role is dedicated to understanding homeowners’ needs and guiding them toward the best solutions for their homes, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with homeowners to assess their needs and provide tailored recommendations.

  • Communicate effectively with the team and customers to ensure a seamless sales process, from initial consultation to project completion.

  • Educate homeowners on product options, financing solutions, and installation timelines.

  • Address any concerns that arise and ensure customer expectations are met with professionalism and care.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of time management, sales performance, and customer relations that align with the company’s CORE values.

Responsibilities

  • As an Integrity Roofing Sales Executive/Project Consultant, you will:
  • Actively pursue residential roofing, siding, and/or window sales
  • Assist customers in filing insurance claims and navigating the insurance process when applicable
  • Manage and update CRM to navigate the sales process
  • Communicate to the production team any discoveries made during the sales process
  • Study and complete a comprehensive sales training program
  • Participate in a hands-on mentor relationship with a proven performer
  • Work with a team of highly motivated and fun-loving individuals

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma and some college preferred but not required

Experience Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales and/or this industry (construction - roofing, siding, windows, guttering) preferred but not required
